ANOTHER OPEN RETREAT SCHEDULED (oh yes!)

We've been asked when we're having another Open Retreat -- and we found a weekend to schedule one....WOOO HOOOOO!

So here we go: Saturday, Sunday and Monday July 21-23, 2012. Come by yourself or with a friend (and you'll make new quilting friends!) We'll do a quick make and take on Sunday morning for you and the rest of the time you can work on whatever you want. If you don't have a project to work on, we can sure help with that! $175 per person for the 3 day/2 night retreat and we'll provide Saturday night dinner for you. TUFFETS ANYONE?

You've seen the samples in the shop and at Expo---and now you have the opportunity to make your own! Our March class is full, so we've opened another time in April. We've scheduled Saturday April 21 and 28 from 1:30 - 5pm for the next class. In the first session, you'll learn to make the tuffet top and the second session will be spent putting it all together (putting the "insides" in). When you leave after the 2nd class, your tuffet will be all ready to use! May class dates are Wednesday evenings: May 16 and 23 from 6-9pm.

Coming in June is "Women of Courage, " our newest Block of the Month.

It's time to be thinking again about Shop Hop! We have a picture of the fabric in the shop so you can see what's coming up.

You'll be able to print your passport and map from the Shop Hop's website in early June.

We are taking pre-orders now for the Shop Hop "border" fabric (the one with birds) and both the light blue and white background fabrics with snowflakes. Contact the shop if you're interested and we'll have the fabric cut and set aside for you for pick up anytime after Shop Hop begins. Shop Hop fabric is $9.75 per yard.
